This policy describes how Nestflow AI LLC ("NestFlow," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit nestflowai.com, submit an inquiry, or speak with Maya, our voice agent. NestFlow provides business services to state-licensed cannabis operators; this site and our services are intended for business use.
Information we collect
Forms you submit. When you contact us or request a free Snapshot, we collect what you provide: your name, role or title, company, work email, state, license number and license type, annual revenue range, the systems your operation runs, and anything you write in free-text fields.
Maya, our voice agent. When you speak with Maya, your audio is captured and processed in order to generate responses. Conversations with Maya may be recorded, transcribed, and reviewed by us to deliver the experience, evaluate quality, and improve the service. By starting a conversation with Maya, you consent to this recording and processing. Please do not share sensitive personal information with Maya.
Automatically collected data. Like most websites, we and our hosting providers collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs.
How we use information
We use the information above to respond to your inquiries; prepare and deliver your Snapshot; verify licensure (see below); operate, secure, and improve the site and Maya; and communicate with you about our services. We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
License verification
We work exclusively with state-licensed cannabis businesses. License numbers submitted through our forms are verified against publicly available state regulator databases. Providing accurate license information is a condition of engaging our services.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf to run our business — including hosting and data infrastructure, email delivery, voice-agent infrastructure, and AI model providers — each limited to using the information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to maintain business records, or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time (see Your choices).
Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing remy.menard@nestflowai.com. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law; we will honor valid requests as required.
Age
Our site and services are directed to business representatives of licensed cannabis operators. They are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 21.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be posted on this page.
